The last month or so has been unfamiliar territory to many small and mid-sized business owners. My first brush with Coronavirus was when a Melbourne - based Chinese employee said that she needed to go home to China to look after her family as they had become ill. I immediately understood her predicament and took the required steps to ensure that we knew enough information on the topic to forge ahead.

Pivoting your personal brand

Introverts aren't known for personal brand pivots or are they? There is the fallacy that introverts don't 'show off' or 'put themselves out there'. I think this is far from the truth because as an introvert I know what it's like to know what you want and go out and get it. It's just we do it in a different way.

Starting off your career can be scary. It also can be downright unsettling on so many levels. You've just finished your degree and all of a sudden there is pressure to start your first job. Everyone is throwing around jobs that they either have lined up or are hoping to score, and yet you don't really know what you should be looking for.

As a leader of guided wealth, they needed a leading marketing strategy that would differentiate their services, from other financial services in Melbourne. Principal Partners provide flexible and strategic financial plans and services to help grow the financial position of clients.

Marketing Eye developed marketing assets to help reposition themselves to their desired clients. The assets that were designed included a redevelopment of their website and the creation of promotional print highlighting their services.

As part of the branding design, new business cards and email signatures were developed, these assets needed to match the aesthetic of the brand and align with the redesign of the website in a cohesive way to help unify the new brand story.

Remember when you could only use a keyboard to search on the internet? Those times were so long ago and only two years ago a UK website predicted that more than half of all searches would be done via voice by 2020. While that prediction is off the market, they did have a point and as we move closer to this key milestone, many consumers are realising that it is much easier to talk to your phone then to send a text. While in the office the keyboard still has a prominent role, the significance of the impact of search trends is turning the tables on companies that focus on Google rankings.

Geelong Grammar - Education

Geelong Grammar is an educational institution that prides itself on providing an exceptional education to the youth of the greater Sydney region. Marketing Eye had the privilege of working closely with Geelong Grammar to develop greater brand awareness and recognition through the development of marketing campaigns focused on online learning and development. As part of our services conducted by our marketing consulting firm in Melbourne, we undertook a range of activities to drive registrations and enrollment for courses on positive psychology. This campaign had a high return on investment yielding a higher result in enrollments than campaigns conducted by the third-party educators. Part of the campaign was direct marketing activities, marketing strategy, ongoing marketing consulting, advertising, brochure design, public relations activities and digital marketing campaigns.
