Never want to work a day in your life, then speak with a passionate entrepreneur and you will fast realise that this is very possible.

Entrepreneurship may not be for the faint-hearted, but it certainly has a lot of pros and not as many cons.

It's not by accident that creative marketers are paid more money, are in greater demand and hold the key to a successful marketing campaign.

Some are born that way and can come up with a creative campaign on the way to work, other's like to spend their time being inspired by the environment in which they live in, and of course, the one's who are time poor and like to surf the net, find the internet a great source for inspiration.

I personally like a combination of both and collaborative creative ideas always seem to draw the best inspiration from each of the different sources.

If you are looking for inspiration online, here is where I like to go:

1. Behance:
This is a designers go to point for inspiration. Mostly the designs are clean and creative, and they cross many industry sectors allowing for creatives to be inspired by variety and relevancy which is very important.

2. Creative Boom:
There is a cross section of creativity on this site. It is inspiring and pushes boundaries while staying sometimes within the lines.

The last week in New York was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.

So many things happened, but mostly I have to say the city just absorbs all my creative juices and it makes me want to take on the world in every aspect of life.

I'm in Sydney and the weather is phenomenal, the harbour is drawing me in, and the team is so busy that I think that they are going to burst at some stage today - but somehow, they never do.

Instead, they step it up, take control, become better organised and push boundaries.

How does that happen?

"Every day do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow"

I've been terribly inspired of late. It all started with the beautiful and hugely talented Kristina Karlsson sending me a gift pack of inspirational products from her Kikki.k range.

Wow! I mean wow! I have recently travelled to the US and have arrived in our Atlanta office and I am completely and utterly amazed at the talent and sheer determination of our Marketing Eye team in Atlanta.

They are not only the best looking team in all of Atlanta, they are also the smartest and most competent.

Who would have thought that they could put together a team like this all by themselves and start running the business like I always dreamed it would be run.

Life is about telling a story. It is about creating a story. It is about taking the bull by the horns and living like there is no tomorrow. Even when life slows down, when children take a chunk of your patience and when time seems limited, life is there to be loved. Love your children, your family, your friends, work and colleagues and tell the stories of how each and every one brings out the best in you.

Your life is your brand. And you can direct it in in any way you see fit to deliver your personal message.

Of the Oscar nominated films I have watched so far – and I have watched a few – Whiplash has been my favourite. Putting aside the amazing performance by JK Simmons and the incredible score, it got me thinking about how far people are willing to go to get the best out of themselves and others.

How far do you push? Is your best good enough or do you strive for better, for more or even to be the best?

There is one thing that employees can learn from a Navy Seal that will be life changing - and that is to make your bed every morning to perfection. By completing this task, according to Navy Admiral William H. McRaven, who gave a talk to 8000 graduating students from the University of Texas last month, you would have completed the first task of the day.

I watched the video of his speech that clocked up 1.7 million views in 2 weeks on YouTube a few weeks ago and was inspired.

Richer than most

John Rich, one of America’s most successful country music singers and star of US-version of Celebrity Apprentice, was one of the most inspirational people that I met during a recent trip to the United States.
