I instantly fell in love as did everyone that worked for me. Her products are high quality but most importantly, they inspire you to be a better person. 

The Goals Journal is one of my favourites. I am a huge goals person. When I don't have goals, I fall down. If I don't have something to inspire to, I fall in a heap. But with goals in mind, every single day you have soemthing to do that will hopefully inch you closer to where you really want to be.

This week I bought a house. It's a huge project. I have to knock it down if the council permits of course and build a new house that both my dog and I can live in. 

This project has inspired me immensely, as has my two technology projects that are going to improve my business ten-fold. One is an industry game-changer. It will disrupt an entire industry and change the way people do things.

You will notice that on Instagram and Twitter, the most shared tweets and instragram likes come from people posting inspiration. People want to be taken out of there comfort zone and believe that anything is possible. If they are having a bad day, tomorrow it will be a good one.

When I read an inspirational quote, I stop and think. What is it that makes me want to understand the quotation more or change my own behaviours or belief. 

I want to believe in the quote or take the quote and relate it back to my life.
