What's more important? The Superbowl or losing a client?
You have a problem with a client. They are unhappy and want to be attended to immediately. Do you take 10 minutes and ring the client or do you watch the superbowl knowing that 10 minutes out of the superbowl won't change your experience that much but what the heck... it's the superbowl?
That is the question. I know someone who chose the Superbowl and lost what could possibly be the most valuable client they ever had. Amazing where some people's priorities lie.

10 Feb 2012Unbelievable considering the amount of replays and coverage that this event gets! The ten minutes you give a client is intangible and you will never be able to get it back. Im sure you'd be able to watch a replay at least 3 or 4 times during the week.

07 Feb 2012Taking 10 minutes of your life to deal with your unhappy client is paramount to the success of your business.
ReplyWith today's modern technology like Foxtel IQ and digital set top box recorders, people can always record a program and watch it at a later date.
There shouldn't be any excuses for delaying the time you spend with your client.
Your client should always come first!!!!

07 Feb 2012If business isn't your first priority then you cannot expect to exceed. Cutsomer satisfaction can bring so much more business and unless you are willing to solve issues straight away to keep your clients happy, then you cannot expect them to wait around.
