Marketing Eye's growth is a mixed bag
In light of the fact that a business plan is in place to accelerate the expansion plans, it has become even more evident that our investment in technology will catapult our ability to expand the business in a fast, manageable pace.
With a number of new hires, it has become increasingly important to lift the game in diversifying the skillset inhouse so that we are able to work more collaboratively, and less in independent silos.
Our team are being re-trained on the new system and while that is challenging in terms of rolling out continuous education over a extended period of time, it is also paramount to producing business outcomes, and overall profitability.
While our business has always been outsourced marketing, we have expanded into consulting based gigs where strategy and smaller projects are required to accomodate the lifecycle of companies that we want in our client base for the long-term.
Additionally, with robotics and various research based technology developments, Marketing Eye is positioned to leverage the "SMARTS" of the organisation and give other marketing managers who want to own their own companies a powerful platform to work with.

We have been engaged in training this week, and it is evident having new marketing consultants on board that what we are doing is more innovative, and ahead of the game than most.
