Ultima Building Group is a luxury building company based in the Sydney Metro area specialising in new home builds, renovations and extensions. The husband and wife duo behind the group have 18 years of experience and focus on all parts of a build, from council plans to interior design. As part of the outsourced marketing efforts by Marketing Eye, a redesign of the website to improve functionality and enhancing search engine optimisation were launched. There has also been a start up and development of their social media channels including lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn. As part of exposing the business, public relations was implemented successfully with appearances in the Daily Telegraph, Western Weekender and Bloomberg.

As the number one stevedoring, transport and logistics provider in North Queensland, NSS needed the help of an outsourced marketing team to develop a new brand story campaign. Marketing Eye used its expertise as an outsourced marketing department qto create the branding and website development for NSS. The branding included the creation and design of print work ranging from brochures to calendars and advertising in magazine publications.
In order to showcase the brand and its extensive resources, aesthetically pleasing visuals and info print were developed as the driver for the marketing strategy. Lucas’ PaPaw is a topical treatment for minor open wounds that helps to soothe and heal the skin. Its created from fresh papaya and made in Queensland Australia. Lucas’ Papaw needed a partner that could deliver a strong marketing and branding campaign, so we helped deliver a strategy to meet those needs. The efforts undertaken helped to leverage Lucas’ Papaw as the well-known brand it is today.
