Engage customers everywhere, or go nowhere

One of the biggest mistakes any business owner can make is thinking that they are singularly capable of everything; accounting, management, finance, marketing etc.

We see all too commonly, small to medium business owners who think they know marketing. Reality check: just because you own your own business, this doesn’t make you a marketing expert.
