What's it like to work at Marketing Eye

The apprehensive feelings quickly fade as I meet with the Marketing interns that will soon become Marketing Executives and they’re happy, enthusiastic and eager to help me and answer my hundreds of questions without blinking a (Marketing) eye.

I then meet the boss and owner of Marketing Eye (Mellissah Smith) and I’m instantly engaged by her energy and personality. It was like we had been friends for years and she immediately made me feel at ease. Mellissah showed me how to use one of Marketing Eye’s products Robotic Marketer and I’m thrilled. I come from my own Marketing company where we would write communication strategies, Marketing plans, Social Media calendars and a whole lot more. Basically, anything vaguely marketing related I’ve done in my business. I wish I had known about the Robotic Marketer product then as it would have made my life a lot easier, creating marketing plans in minutes using automated marketing software rather than days or sometimes weeks.

I then had a lovely lunch with the boss, Mellissah and realise just how lucky I am to be working with someone so entrepreneurial, innovative and above all, nice.

Back to work and I use the Robotic Marketer product to write a Marketing Strategy and it’s a total game-changer; thorough, creative and most of all easy to use.  

Then it’s magically 5pm and the working day has disappeared. We get together and debrief the day congratulating our Marketing Interns for their transition to full-time employment at Marketing Eye and completing my first day. I feel like I’m a part of a new family that celebrates all the wins together. Although I’m overloaded with information, I think I’ll be happy here, what a great first day.
