Getting ready for the Arctic freeze, with a 12-degree chill expected tomorrow, I am very happily sitting in my warm office in Atlanta. Even so, I am firmly missing my office in Melbourne, Australia.

There is something about being physically surrounded by your team that makes the beginning of a new year feel particularly exciting. The energy, the conversations, the ideas being thrown around and the sense that anything is possible all seem amplified when everyone is back together again.

Our team is fired up for the year ahead. Like many people at this time of year, they are thinking about where they sit in the world, what they want from life, how they want to work and what they need to do to feel healthier, happier and more fulfilled.
