How to Grow Customer Loyalty
For any business, customers are the number one priority. If we continue to look at customers as just a means of bringing in money, we are going to miss the opportunity to nurture a strong connection with them. Loyalty is more than a returning customer and multiple purchases: it’s the line between whether they will refer your company to their friends, engage with you on social media, and commit to advocating for you. No amount of money can buy a customer's trust.

The business of business is people - and companies aren't using the right tools - yet!
I am so caught up in everything to do with technology, I have to be constantly reminded as to why the technology exists - and that is to better serve the people around us. From customers and prospects, to employees and suppliers, our ability to engage, interact and create conversation is imperative to our ability to be more successful.

Why marketing managers are now responsible for revenue
It's dawned on me that old-fashion marketing managers are becoming increasingly unsettled in their high chairs with the massive transformation that has occured over the past 5 years in responsibilities.
I use to say, "marketing provides the forum for sales to occur". And that still rings true today, but what needs to be added to the bow is "marketing is responsible for revenue derived from inside sales platforms and anything digital or content driven".
