Marketing Eye, a marketing company that specialises in the technology, telecommunications and biotechnology sectors has appointed a former Freehills Solicitor to head up Specialist Marketing in the company.
Monique Lavers holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Marketing and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Sydney University.
Her role at Marketing Eye will be to assist businesses to grow through marketing and develop the brand both in Australia and abroad.
"I am excited about working with Marketing Eye as the company provides a service that is needed by the industry and they have an aggressive growth strategy that incorporates overseas expansion," confirmed Ms Lavers.
"Businesses need marketing, but many are growing and need for it to be affordable. The idea of paying $24,000 per year to have a senior marketing manager work in your business is unique.
"Marketing Eye's challenge is to ensure that businesses place key performance indicators around their marketing expenditure and are strategic in their approach.
"Our marketing eye specialists are trained and constantly upskilled in all facets of marketing ensuring that customers are given the best marketing expertise at all times.
Ms Lavers will spearhead a specialist area that is focused on working with the technology sector and bringing the concept of having a senior manager coach and train internal staff to better perform marketing activities as well as utilising the expertise of someone from Marketing Eye who is skilled to make a difference to businesses.
"The integrity of the Marketing Eye concept and its firm focus on growing businesses through effective marketing is its biggest strength."
