Case Study Tile Boutique Communications Strategy and Marketing Management
In September 2009 Lisa O’Keeffe established the Tile Boutique Communications strategy and in January 2010 launched the brand in WA, with a comprehensive Marketing Campaign incorporating Branding, Advertising, Public Relations and Digital components. From 2010 through until 2015 the Tile Boutique group saw increased brand awareness, increased sales and grew from 7 stores to 14 stores in WA, and 36 stores Nationwide.
The supporting marketing efforts of website, social media and Public relations produced significant results and helped the brand to become an industry leader in the WA retail market.
