An initiative that is being pioneered by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Partner, Julia Bickerstaff, and founder of Marketing Eye, Mellissah Smith, Women With Drive is a not-for-profit organisation for successful women.

The aim of Women With Drive is to foster growth and development amongst women that have excelled in the fields of business, corporate, sport, academia and community service.

The group will use their influence and abilities to mentor and inspire young women between the ages of 14 and 18 years from underprivileged backgrounds. The ability to utilise the natural abilities of successful women to help their younger counterparts with defining career paths and direction is a cause that is dear to the hearts of members of the group.
