Bingle... I don't feel so sorry for you anymore
If either item is true, I apologise for writing an article that supports Lara Bingle, because if she was truly ashamed or embarrassed by the photograph she would not be promoting it in a major editorial for money. She would handle situation with some dignity and grace without selling her sole and her nudity as a way in which to get money. If she was truly hurt by what happened 4 years ago and ashamed, then she would not want to milk it for all it’s worth. I am all for her getting compensation, but that is from the person who did this to her, not from selling her story to the highest bidder.
Secondly, if her management leaked this after 4 years, then I too have been fooled. This is not clever marketing or branding, but in fact, a complete disgrace. You are not only tarnishing the Lara Bingle brand but also tarnishing the brand of a footballer who by all accounts seems to have changed in the past 6 months.
