When I think about women entrepreneurs today, I realise just how much entrepreneurship is changing and why women entrepreneurs of yesterday-year need to adapt.

There are 4 women entrepreneurs that stand out from the crowd and really are shaking up the way people view women entrepreneurs in Australia.

Karla Gartshore, Nature's Food World

Rural farmer and baby formula entrepreneur has not stopped in years. She has relentlessly run her property and at the same time built what is Australia's most credible baby formula. Unlike other baby formula's, you won't find any bad news stories or disasters. Instead you will find a woman determined to keep her product natural and nutritional for babies and infants to consume. She will never, ever say that it's as good as breast milk, but it comes close if you ask her customers. While you will find Coles, Woolworths and Aldi with empty shelves or stocked with brands that are not testing their products as good as they should, Nature's Food World baby formula is manufactured in Australia, providing jobs for rural Australians and sold in IGA stores. If you can't find Nature's Food World Baby Formula, just ask at your local shopping centre or IGA store and encourage them to stock it. It is crazy that Mother's can only buy a couple of baby formula's from brands that don't appear in the newspapers to have good new stories - yet we have someone who is passionate about natural baby formula and rural jobs. No, you have't read about her, but this 30 year old has opened 9 Browco stores in the past few years, had a baby, and is very charitable. Kylie Marie may be mistaken due to her beauty, but this is one woman that has both beauty and brains. Her aim is to open 50 and she most certainly will. As a serial entrepreneur, Kylie Marie knows exactly what to do and how to roll this business out.
