Out with old marketing, in with the new
Imagine my surprise when I landed back in Australia, only to be picked up by one of my team members who was so excited about showing me what he and the rest of the team had achieved while I was gone.
They had done things, without any request from management, to take the business to the next level.

2018/19 is going to be a big year indeed and the team we have have the ability to take the business forward and expand it in ways that I never imagined.
While I was gone, my marketing team in Melbourne:
Built a new website:
They designed a new website, wrote the website and had it go live. It really is phenomenal and I encourage you to have a look at it. Our brand was definitely in need of some love and while it was still working, we had seen a tapering of leads through the website over time. Like anything, we do need to re-do our websites every year, but it is hard to find the time to do so. Check it out. www.marketingeye.com.au
Developed a new sales presentation:
Like many businesses, our company has evolved and changed so much in the past 12 months. We are stronger, more focused, better at what we do and technology driven. Our prestentation needed to depict this as well as some of the new work that we have been doing. The new sales presentation is modern, and very engaging, making it easy for sales people to tell our story.
Designed a new brochure:
This is one of my favourite things. A new brochure that really tells our story, what we do and some exciting developments that businesses of all sizes will find interesting and want to be part of.
Started looking for new people for our team:
They want to grow the business as much as I do. With a totally engaged workforce, in which we are so lucky to have, it is their business as much as it is mine, and they treat every area of the business like they own it.
This next chapter will be our best ever. I cannot wait to let the team do what they do best, and for me to work 'on' the business and not 'in' the business.

09 Jul 2018The way you speak about your teams is heart warming. There is definitely a correlation between the work they produce and the way you appreciate them.

09 Jul 2018Encouraging and empowering the workforce is a vital component to both a healthy workplace culture as well as generating results. Facilitating the personal and professional growth within individuals will generate loyalty undoubtedly and allow the prescribed firm to reap the benefits associated.

06 Jul 2018A good company culture fuels this type of success within the organisation. Adapting to the changing market is so important, no matter the success of the company.

06 Jul 2018A good thing a CEO like you can do is managing staff work hard without your presence at the office. People still work under your online management

05 Jul 2018It is always true that a good team is the key element to bring business to move on. It is great to see that Marketing Eye have made changes on developing new website, new sales presentation and new brochure. Making new changes is difficult as we have to take the risk of failure, but why not give a try if you want to move into next step.

As there are many new product and new trend come out day by day, business also needs to adapt many different kinds of methods and developing new things continuously. People needs to keep learning something new, and their business also.
