Women are so resilient, but so are men
The past few months have been a roller-coaster ride for me and the business.
I've had some of the biggest wins of my entire career, and some personal one's too. That has followed quite closely with a few losses, disappointments and obstacles that seem to be a little insurmountable.

Sometimes you have to be single to be successful
I've had the month from hell - in a good way. Each morning I wake at 4am and I do social media for a client for the first hour, then connect with the US for the next hour - all before hopping in the shower.

There is no role for misogynist people in society
A good friend of mine recently was branded a "washed up, has been - too old for the business" by a young twenty-something man who thought that he would be able to tarnish her reputation in the PR field and perhaps gain some of her clients.
When hearing this story, which goes beyond what I have just written and focuses heavily on the fact that she is a woman, I find myself compelled to re-educate anyone around me that believes that this behaviour and thought-process is acceptable.

Reasons why women don't always reach the same heights in business as men
If you thought it was hard to start a business, spare a thought for those who are actually running businesses and trying to take them to the next level. It's one thing to get off your bum and start a business that originates as just an idea, or the next viable step from working for someone else, but what happens when that takes off? Is it easier or is it harder.
