When the 8th of March rolls around each year, women worldwide are celebrated in their workplaces and homes—with cupcakes. As it's now 2023, we think it's time to take a step back and reconsider what today really means and ask women; How would you like to be celebrated?"

I'm celebrating 18 years as an entrepreneur and I can safely say that there are still a few more years to come.

When I think about women entrepreneurs today, I realise just how much entrepreneurship is changing and why women entrepreneurs of yesterday-year need to adapt.

There are 4 women entrepreneurs that stand out from the crowd and really are shaking up the way people view women entrepreneurs in Australia.

Every day I meet with male and female entrepreneurs. In some ways, I would love to use these meetings in a study about human gender based entrepreneurial behaviour because it continues to fascinate me the inherent differences between men and women entrepreneurs.
