Why ‘Quiet Quitting’ Is Just Another Marketing Term To Ignore
I’m a boss. Sometimes I have good days, and sometimes I have bad days. The energy of winning a deal or doing something uber creative sends me to the moon and when there are setbacks or I’m thinking about the weekend, I am quite possibly on ‘go slow’. You can imagine then, why I see ‘quiet quitting’ as just another marketing term for people to ignore and move on from.
Why it is not acceptable for females to brag?
As girls, we are told to be so many things when we are young. We are told to act a certain way, dress a certain way and only say certain things. From this influence of ‘what is right and wrong’ we as women are molded into a shape of pure societal standards and beliefs.
When your employees stay all night just to create a surprise for you

The less selfish you are, the more you achieve
About 3 or so years ago, I made a momentus change by looking deeply within myself and exploring what I could possibly achieve in this lifetime. I set goals for everything imaginable, including the life of my dog (check out Instagram account @thereal_pippasmith), my health, my family, my career and so on.
I broke up every area of my life and worked out how I could live it better than I have lived it before. And you know what, it mostly works. Except you will slip up like I did on a few things, but they will mostly be things of the heart where your reaction isn't quite what you would have planned for it to be. By slipping up, you have the opportunity to change and work on that area, while you keep developing yourself and achieving the goals set out in front of you.
She might be blonde
Not sure about you, but there are certain things you take for granted as a boss.
The first is that your employees will respect you. The second is, that although everyone has a good laugh, they think you are reasonably smart.
Well, that was all thrown out the window today.
