When you have a business and realise that you are about to get to the next level, but need to hire a marketing manager first - you are on the money! You see, too often people that run businesses are so focused on sales, they are not thinking about marketing and brand. While it is true that a business cannot survive without sales, it is also accurate that without marketing, it is highly unlikely a business will reach the next level.

One of the biggest mistakes businesses make is overlooking the importance of marketing.
Every top-notch marketer knows that they as good as they may be, they will never know it all. It's impossible. Marketing is changing every day. Reading sentiment of target markets change rapidly. What is good today, may not be good tomorrow and so on.

But there is a list of things that brilliant marketers do that really make them standout from the the rest.
When a problem arises in business, there are many ways to tackle it. When it keeps happening, that's when you need to take stock and re-think what you are doing. That's what one company did and the results were astounding.
It's a darn shame that women spend so much time bitching about men and equal rights when they really don't do anything about it. I am tired of women complaining how unfair the world is. My question to them (if they live in Australia or the US) is whether that really is the case? I suggest that in most situations it is not.

$1,000,000 - Amateur move

I'm sitting at the airport about to hop on my next plane. I dress the same way every flight for comfort; a Nike pant, Armani knit, Nike shoes and jewellery. I wear a scarf to lift the outfit just in case my luggage goes missing at the other end, and I always pack a pair of heels in my hand luggage. I am ready.
Entrepreneurship can be the toughest gig in the world especially for a woman. Without playing the 'female' card, there are many different issues that women face when making the courageous decision to be an entrepreneur - and most of it is about their mindset.

It's true. I was told by someone who I respect with more than a billion dollars in the bank to forget about developing Robotic Marketer, the world's first robotic and AI based technology that develops marketing strategies in minutes, not months. I thought about it for a nanosecond. I had this moment of being scared and defeated. Then I said to myself "stuff that!". I truly believe that I can do anything I set my mind to - and I'm right.
An extraordinary thing happened yesterday. I saw someone through their eyes. Their vulnerability, insecurities, hopes and dreams - and their next move will define them more than they realise.
Marketing Eye put an incredible amount of effort into delivering world-class marketing strategies to clients. We have invested heavily in research and development, and of course, developing the world's first Robotic Marketer.  When it comes to accolades, we never enter awards or accept nominations, but we do find that being in good company is positioning gold.

I once had to hire a law firm, and at the time I didn’t have a lot of money to throw around. I was growing a business, and every cent counted.
