Having siblings often is an essential ingredient in helping a child navigate the world, teaching them how to share, be empathetic, and play well with others. With only children, there is less need to navigate the world as usually parents over compensate for the fact that they are the "one and only" child they have, and help make their lives as smooth and easy as possible. All of their attention goes on the child, and when the child asks for something, its hard to say no - afterall, you only have one child.

Only children are more often than not spoilt. 

The ‘apology’ media conference by Tiger Woods was a disgrace. He was ill-advised and read from a script that was obviously written by a PR.

Congratulations to Tiger Woods for getting out there and playing great golf.

Tiger Woods may be trailing the leaders at the Augusta Masters, but in the last hour he is showing his competitive nature and sheer determination to win.

The elite athlete syndrome whereby if you are rich and successful enough – you can have anybody.

I read blogs every day. Some are good, some are terrible. It still amazes me though that the ones that are visited frequently, like Marketing Eye’s blog, tend to have information that is relevant to its target audience.

Once again, you would have to be under a rock not to have heard the latest on Tiger Woods.

Tiger Woods has built a reputation on being an honest, clean cut elite athlete who is the world’s best golf player. 

With his perfectly whitened teeth, glossy tabloid smile and crisp laundered clothing with Nike’s brand plastered on every visible spot imaginable – Tiger Woods has been an absolute marketing dream.
