Marketing Eye has been working for the past 12 months with the My Departure Lounge team to develop an innovative and highly creative brand that stands out against larger recruitment companies.

The quirky departure lounge theme has been maintained through the branded website and all marketing collateral including business cards, a corporate leave behind, displays, promotional HTMLs and job advertisements. This has worked to strengthen the My Departure Lounge brand and has cut through clutter of competitors in the recruitment industry.

Result:
Since November 2007 My Departure Lounge has completed 3 successful campaigns in South Africa and placed  a number of South African CA’s into Australian companies. During 2008 My Departure Lounge sponsored a number of high profile industry events which helped them to make contact with potential candidates in South Africa. Marketing Eye helped My Departure Lounge utilise the potential for database development and brand reinforcement at these events by designing a branded theme including marketing collateral.

 My Departure Lounge has now expanded to have a permanent presence in South Africa and is also looking to move into the US market. My Departure Lounge now represents some of the Top 100 companies in Australia including investment banks, large multinationals and Big 4 Accounting Firms.
